Speaker's Bureau & Health Check

Through the Speakers Bureau, a committed group of volunteers tell in their own words how your support of the GCWCC is creating hope and changing lives in your community.

Some of these people have benefited directly from a community program or service; others are volunteers and staff from supported agencies who want to share their experiences.

All of them speak from the heart and their stories illustrate the impact of your support.

Health Check

Healthpartners actively promotes health in Canadian workplaces using a unique and fun approach.

 

Healthpartners’ HEALTH CHECK is a free educational program designed to make people more aware of their health and to show how simple lifestyle changes can make a real difference.

 

CHOOSE HEALTH!

The HEALTH CHECK fully interactive displays provide information about physical activity, managing stress and healthy eating choices. Our volunteers provide the program right in your workplace.

 

During the Government of Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign (GCWCC), HEALTH CHECK are offered to Government of Canada employees at their workplace and are available to departments/agencies upon request. Reservations for the fall start in May.

Reservation dates are honoured on a first‐come, first‐served basis.
