With more than 165,000 members and 85 branches, FSNA is recognized by the Government of Canada as the major representative of pensioners — and of their spouses and survivors — from the Canadian Forces, Public Service of Canada, Royal Canadian Mounted Police and federally appointed judges.

A national non-profit organization, FSNA has been successfully protecting and enhancing retirement and health insurance benefits since it was founded in 1963.
